A few words about me, Sharonne Cohen

An integrative healing arts practitioner, I combine Chinese bodywork and Energy Medicine (Medical Qi Gong) together with Health & Life Coaching.
I aspire to contribute to the well-being of my clients, combining the various aspects of my training and background, and encouraging them to take an active role in their journey towards a healthy, balanced, joyful life.
My esteemed teachers include Master Ou, Wen Wei –Council member of the International Medical Qigong Association, and former Director of the Qigong Science Research Institute of Guangzhou University in China; Paul Fraser – acupuncturist and Medical Qi Gong practitioner & instructor based in North Carolina; and Ethan Murchie, a practitioner and teacher of traditional Chinese physical culture and medicine in Montreal. I have also trained at Lotus Palm – the foremost institution in North America specializing in traditional Thai bodywork, and am certified by HCI - the Health Coach Institute.
Bringing to my practice a longstanding commitment to Qi Gong and Tai Chi, I have also trained in the the martial art of Kung Fu, attaining the level of Black Belt in 2014.
A complement to these healing arts practices is my work as a Health & Life Coach, partnering with those seeking to make life changes — changing jobs or vocations, cultivating lasting, fulfilling relationships — or achieving a health goal, such as eating better, sleeping better, managing stress and increasing energy.
Licensed member of ANQ (L’Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec)
and RMQ (Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec).
