Qi Gong is an ancient system of energy medicine and self-healing, originating in China thousands of years ago.
Qi Gong helps us regulate the flow of Qi — the vital energy that flows through each and every one of us.
Gong
 — the undertaking of regular practice over time — cultivates strength & vitality, peace & tranquility, love & kindness.
 
When our Qi flows smoothly, we feel physically healthy, calm and connected; when it is blocked, depleted or out of balance, we experience pain, illness and suffering. Our symptoms, whether physical, emotional or mental, tell us we're out of balance. 

Bringing together our body, breath, and the mind’s focused attention, the meditative movements of Qi Gong correct imbalances by addressing the root causes of our symptoms, restoring the healthy flow of our vital energy.

Having studied and practiced internal & external martial arts and healing arts for many years, I take great joy in sharing these health-promoting practices with others.

I currently teach Qi Gong privately, and also hold a regular class at studio Meta 1111.
